The Tel-Buch Office Records mainly contain photographs (Series I) taken to produce the annual yearbook. Many of these photographs were published in the yearbook; some were not published. Student photographers took a majority of the photographs, so they document campus from a student perspective. The subjects covered in the photographs include athletics, student groups and organizations, social activities, and candid campus photographs. A relatively small number of photographic negatives (Series II) and slides (Series III) exist in the records. Series IV contains office files that document the production of the yearbook. Included in this series are editors' duties, page layouts, and correspondence. The records are arranged by year and alphabetically therein.
